This Refund Policy applies to TopAI Real Estate Tools, operated by TopAI RE Tools.
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@topairealestatetools.com. Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. We review refund requests case by case, including duplicate charges, accidental subscriptions, billing errors, or inability to access the software after payment.
Because TopAI Real Estate Tools provides immediate access to AI software and generation features, completed subscription periods are generally non-refundable once the service has been accessed, except where required by law or where we determine a billing error occurred.
Email support@topairealestatetools.com with the subscriber email, charge date, and reason for the request. Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
