This Privacy Policy explains how TopAI RE Tools handles information for TopAI Real Estate Tools.
We collect the email address used for subscription access, subscription status, and the property or prospecting details you submit to generate AI content. For AI Calling Assistant features, we may also process lead names, phone numbers, call notes, call status, call summaries, transcripts, recording links, and appointment outcome metadata. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
We use submitted information to provide the software, verify subscriber access, manage billing, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and generate requested AI outputs.
Property details, listing features, neighborhood notes, and call-script inputs may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. Do not enter confidential information that you are not authorized to process.
AI calls may be processed by a managed voice AI provider to place calls, generate voice responses, create transcripts, store recordings, and return call summaries. Customers are responsible for obtaining all permissions required before submitting a phone number or initiating a call.
Stripe processes subscription payments, invoices, and payment method details. Stripe's own privacy and security policies apply to payment processing.
Account and subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and as needed for billing, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion where applicable.
